The NDA has been lifted on Darkfall beta. Preorder is to come soon, so we will see a release on the 25th of february.
I will share some info on the game on this site. I will get to that tomorrow. In the meantime fire away with questions to darkfall@ultionis.net and I will try to answer them the best I can. Answers will be posted on this site.
Darkfall preorder is up for beta testers now only and will be up for another 15 minutes. Then the non-beta players can register for preorder.

I hope their game engine servers are better than their account management servers. It was impossible for most to even get close to the pre-order. (Even though it was painless to get the client download from the torrent).
Their latest comment on the forums doesn’t look too promising either. Stating that even when they open up the ordering on the 25th again they will be limiting the number of accounts until they feel confident they can handle the load…
I have had no problem with game engine servers while playing beta in heavy debug mode. 31 ping and 80-100 fps.
If anyone is still failing to get CC information added to your account, I would follow the advice of a few on the forums. Create a brand new account and update the info on that new account. There is a nasty issue with accounts that were created earlier in the week that simply fail when you try and update CC info [bogus messages about network timeouts mask the real problem]. This was happening to me the last four days, and in five minutes I had all my CC info added to a new account I just created five minutes earlier.
Good chance alot of people got shutout of the pre-order madness as a result of this issue…
